There are samichlaus to hire. My mother used to do it and I would get so mad because I had to sing a song and I was scared shit every time.
Anyway the parent tells them what the kid did well or not during the year and it really freaks you out as a kid.
But the memories are worth it after that. I will hire them for my kids too.
