I bought this product based on the many positive reviews, but I’m starting to think those reviews may not be genuine. After a week use, the battery drain has been terrible – it barely lasts a few hours with minimal use. Also while flossing it automatically switches off

When I reached out to customer service hoping for a resolution, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real solution. They are asking to create video about the issue . How can I create video of charging and battery drain ??. It's frustrating to invest in a product expecting quality, only to be left with something that doesn’t meet basic expectations and poor support. Would not recommend this product or brand.
