Things I want to clarify that are 100% true and confirmed at Creativa Fest by Daron:

1- The first season was derpy af because disney was testing if the cartoon had the appeal necessary for their target. Thats why the important story plot was hiper rushed at the end to keep the audience hooked and see how much expectations it created.

2- Daron never created Ferguson or Alfonzo. The only characters she had planned for the show were Star, Princess Pony head, Janna and Jackie. Disney executives were worried that Marco only had girls as friends so they told her to make up male friends for him. To this day, she doesnt know why Disney decided to do this, but t she felt obliged to do so or Disney being a big cunt and all, wasnt going to fully support the production of the series. (disney executives, smh)

3- Daron confirmed that the 3rd and 4th seasons are going to explore background stories for Tom Lucitor, Star, Eclipsa, Marco and Moon. The writting team tried their best to evade filler episodes, but again, they may be a couple or more in the new seasons thx to Disney exectives (again).

This is to keep the story plot a little bit longer, but she said that they wont affect the pacing at all.

4- She didnt gave any spoilers about the shippings tho. But she confirmed that we will be having intense moments for sure.
She also said that she is a fan of TomCo since she finds it funny. She confirmed its never going to be canon tho.

5- She also confesed that she likes to tour on the SvsTFoE Reddit page and explore the fan theories and she said that there are theories posted out there that are 100% canon. She sometimes is surprised on how many fans unexpectedly know the true plot about her show. She didnt said which ones tho.

And last but not least: Jackie's theory of her being a mermaid is wrong. She is not a mermaid, and has nothing to do with them at all. Also, the theory of Janna being a witch is wrong too. Daron had orders from Disney to not reveal anything plot related for future seasons, BUT I can tell for sure that she was confirming this because of the way she said it.

I will never forget Creativa Fest. She was so awesome and kind and she even drew a little Star in my copy of "Star & Marco's guide to mastering every dimension" :D
