Everyone has different reasons for gaining their weight back. For me it was because i went through a really rough time at home and since it was quarantine I was losing all my weight at home. My mental health plummeted and so did my journey :/

If you stay motivated and think of it as a permanent change for your health, it helps. I was over 200lbs at 18, and I’m only around 5ft4, overweight since 8 yrs old. I lost weight at 19 until I was down to 150, but I gained it back after about a year and stayed between 170-190 for about 4 years, but in 2022 I got back down to 150 and have kept it off. Don’t make excuses y’all, make real lasting changes and hold yourself accountable when you start slipping back into old habits. Eat small meals, they don’t always have to be super healthy, you can have a few unhealthy meals per week but don’t overeat and try to only have 1 small snack per day instead of gorging on a bunch of sweets and chips all day everyday. I’ve also been walking several miles at a time just for fun, and it has felt easier to keep the weight off and I feel stronger and more confident than before. Walk instead of driving if you can, stand and move around as much as you can. And most importantly, don’t make excuses like some people who always wonder why they’re huge and claim that they barely eat. They do overeat, maybe they really aren’t realizing it, but they are. And don’t give up and just let yourself go. Struggle and learn to stay motivated and learn to enjoy your new lifestyle. And also don’t listen to idiots trying to push their dumb weight loss products, or stupid weird diets that aren’t meant to be long-term changes and shit like that. Making it seem like it’s the answer, no, the answer is to change your life and your behaviors permanently. You don’t need magical cures or protein powders or any of that crap, what people need are more wholesome homemade meals, to drastically reduce junk food intake, and an active lifestyle.

I follow up my diet but on a weekend after one pizza the next day it's all back, but my friends eat whatever thy want and thy don't gain 😵😟
