For anyone wondering why he crashed out here’s the explanation:so after the greed island arc gon got to take 3 cards and if you don’t know the whole anime is based of gon trying to find his father and his father made a game called greed island as I said he beated it thinking he’ll meet his father at the end but no it was his friend anyways cards would grant you powers so he got the option to take 3 he wasn’t allowed (I think) to take a card that allowed him to go anywhere as long as he said the name and there was a card that could disguise into other so he disguised that card into a different card and said his fathers name (in game) teleporting to a whole different person who’s name was Kite ging gons father is his trainer and kite trained him Gon loved him they became friends and then something called chimera ants ants that are deadly started appearing and they went to destroy them but then a royal guard ant (the second strongest rank in the chimera ants) was born and gon killua and kite found the chimera base but neferpitou the first royal guard born jumped there and she or he was like 30 meters or 35+ meters away from gon and the others and kite told them to run but it was too late as neferpitou cut off kites arm gon was furious with rage filled inside of him so he didn’t run and tried to fight but killua knocked him out and ran as you see kite died but neferpitou wanted to fight again so he came back but neferpitous technique controlled him so yeah that’s what happened and yes I yapped so don’t spam in replies
