Standouts: The matcha moffle custard was SO GOOD. Waffle itself was crisp and delicious too, but that matcha custard had the perfect not-too-sweet flavor and jelly-like texture! 🤩

I’ve been meaning to check out Sweet Maple forever, ever since millionaire’s bacon stepped out on the brunch scene. I thought it’d be all hype but every single dish was so good! The Thai Cioppino that I ordered was really unique! There was plenty of lump crab meat and seafood in the dish, it was like an upgraded tomato soup. I do wish it came with a second slice of bread to get all the soup! 🥣

The millionaire’s bacon was a great, thicker cut of meat with delicious sugar/cayenne seasoning. It was good but I think I’ve had better bacon - but this style was a decadent touch! 🥓

The fried chicken platter & KFC were pretty much the same, but I really liked the texture and flavor of both + the little fried mochi bites in the KFC were so crispy! 🍗
