Besides the actual game development stuff, the business side of things can occupy your head with a lot of decision making and problem solving!

Thank you so much for making this video! I love your videos mate. My favourite ones are actually ones like this where you talk about behind the scenes stuff to do with business, publishers, general game dev tips for other game devs. I've just done my first commercial game and I'm trying to make my own way, so stuff like this I find super interesting and helpful! It was actually one of my favourite videos from you in a while so I hope you keep doing business / similar type videos. Thanks so much! I'm always getting little nuggets for my own game dev from your videos, you're a champ!

Solid video, thanks for sharing! It’s all too easy to talk about a projects successes and to avoid discussing rejections.

Appreciate the honesty in this video (and others). Great insight on how the business actually works and what your thought process is behind it.

Reusing the code in other projects sounds like a good way to make the most out the time you've spent developing this game.

Quick tip, EU has some game funds, that give money to projects, in Europe, can't remember names, I think if something looks nice, one can get 10.000 - 20.000 euros . .

I really like the new SteamDeck, it's sort-of more for older people, in sense, Nintendo is very for kids . .

However, SteamDeck might be new, and, not have many people also playing . . .

For KickStarter, instead of giving people of steam key of your game, can you just gift the game to them? Can you do bulk gifting in Steam? Can you still review the game if it was gifted to you? So many questions!

Released some games on Steam and I'm actually making a living out of it, decide to port some of my games to Android and the numbers there were super low. How do you get noticed on these platforms?

Are you going to use MonoGame for iOS port?

I think your thumbnail is supposed to say
"Game business is more **than** making games"
