Okay so I heard 2-3 voices, one is clearly feminine, Imu is referring himself as "us", which clearly means it's more than one person in that body, plus the fingers look very long & slender, much more feminine, so this is clearly woman
The answer to what he really is can be brook's devil fruit, his devil fruit allowd him to be revived from being dead, similarly imu must've been defeated by joyboy but bcoz of some similar sort of devil fruit or maybe devil himself being in contact with Imu, allowed his soul to be around, his 5 henchman, found lily's body which Imu possessed & is using it
