Making a $550 charcuterie board

Behind the scenes of the charcuterie video. All the ingredients cost me $550 not including the leg of jamon ($600) and the accessories (charcuterie board, external batteries, meat slicer). Block of cheese $253, pepperoni $40, and genoa salami $80 were the big items (ofc I didn't need to get the entire blocks). I don't like wasting food so I froze the parmesan cheese into small blocks and now have parmesan cheese for the next 8 years.

This reminds me of how my children all celebrate their birthdays the same month. I liked to take them out of school early (elementary school - high school) have a cheese board with meat and fruit ready, a bottle of apple cider, go to the park or the beach, from 2000-2017
