I had a few personal trainers over the years and overtrained myself. I told the first one I had all the symptoms of being overtrained (I didn't know overtraining was a thing) and he said it was my mind...
Now I'm a personal trainer and I am very conscious about this.
There are too many trainers out there with the "go hard or go home" mentality so videos like this are really useful and important.
Also, I haven't really found a video about overtraining that is so simple and clear.
Really good channel!
