My dell laptop had a reboot problem so i used the dell os recovery tool. Problem is it installed windows in Chinese. I tried to change the language but some settings like regedit still have chinese tabs. I tried to use the recovery tool again but all options are chinese. Need help.

Is there any way to change the language of a laptop bought in Spain to English? (on the first use, not after finishing settin up Win 10 - I know from experience that you cannot FULLY change the language for Win 10 home edition, changing it in settings/downloading a language pack is NOT the same thing)


Online (chat/whatsapp) Support isn't helping me because based on the code on the bottom of the laptop I get redirected to Spainish support: and I don''t speak Spanish well enough!

SOLUTION: just download the Windows ISO in your preferred language directly from Microsoft's official website for fee - install via USB drive and ready! (even the drivers for the fingerprint scanner etc are automatically included)
