With the optional 3rd row — which isn't available in the turbo — the second row does move forward and back to change legroom/cargo room.

The 5 seater doesn't slide back and forth because it is already set in the back position, with .8 inches more leg room than the 7 seater. I guess they figured nobody needed an extra inch for cargo, which is true.
