The Beaufort Wind Scale only goes from 0-12(That is 12 categories not 13)

The illustration up to 10 bft is accurate. But force 11 is capable of snapping larger trees and force 12 should topple some weaker structures.

Been on a ferry during force 12 winds and walked out in force 10-12 winds wearing a long silk skirt and blouse. Nearly blown away!
