Understanding Data Privacy Impact Assessments

In a world where digital technology and data seem to be omnipresent, the question of privacy and security cannot be ignored. Whether it is an individual or an organization, the concern over the security of our digital footprints seems to be growing with every passing day. This brings in the importance of Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA), which are used to help identify and mitigate risks that might arise out of data use.
