That "monster" is also a tool for the creation of positive habits.

Habits are never broken, only replaced. That is my experience. Many parallels between 12 step recovery and this fine video.
Thank you

Hi! I am thoroughly impressed and fond of your videos. They are so easy to understand and have such funny cartoons that keep us glued to till the end. In the process we learn the basics knowledge about Yoga. You are doing a great job! Thousand likes!!!

I never tought dreams are bad. Yeah it can be like an addiction sometimes but without dreaming without books films and music I dont think we would be able to carry the real worlds hard work. Many parts in our lifes are fake. We dream for better days and the lifes that we cannot have. Sometimes its trough a rich famous successful person or a fantasy-scine fiction film. When you deeply think about that nearly all of your life is about the things that you dont live and you dont have.. so I think Its normal to have dreams. Because everything is a dream.

The best is to replace the negative dopamine stimulus and replace it with positive stimulus like God-centre's activity and self-realization. It's much harder to fight cravings otherwise, and the chances of going back are larger as we are pleasure seeking beings.

If our only source of pleasure is destructive activity, it is highly likely we will return to it. People struggle to give certain things up because they feel they won't find the same pleasure elsewhere.

God (Krishna) is the reservoir of all pleasure. He is from where the concept stems. He contains all of it in multitudes. Through building our relationship with Him, any addiction can be overcome.

in all videos 1 - 9 the most important prerequisite in yoga is yama and niyama and the first goal is to get out of the prison of materialism and its influence and what is never told that yoga increases the intellectual power to a unconceivably level - but this what people do not want - they want sensations and sensations

Part 3 is not as good as 1+2... the narrator sounds like he lost interest in the text while recording it and listening to the last 30 seconds, I really thought he was gonna drift off to a good nap before the end of the clip. it sounded too blurry. parts 1+2 were so perfect, this one really is a bit disappointing.

Nice video! Thanks

The Yoga and meditation were brought to this world as part of Hindu culture. And there was no mention of it in your videos and the same goes to many other resources too.

No wonder the oldest culture - Hinduism - is dying! #SadTruth
