Terry accusing Indian government of killing Nijjar is preposterous to say the least.

First, of all NIJJAR was no Big name in India as Opposed to Hafiz saeed or Dawood Ibrahim that Indian government would be plotting Assassinations for them.

Second, RCMP literally accused Indian Diplomats engaging in Extortion Rackets in Canada. What the crap he was smoking, when he told RCMP don't make up the stuff.

Last but not the least WHY Kushal didn't confront openly with Terry when he was accusing Indian government on foul play?

I think Mr Millewski contradicted himself when he said that before banning any org in Canada a lot of due diligence needs to be and oodles of evidence provided to a judge/jury. Then why the swift action against indian diplomats without any evidence, judge or a jury?
