Iranian journalist targeted in kidnapping plot, U.S. authorities say

U.S. authorities said four people have been charged after they uncovered a plot to kidnap Iranian journalist and human rights activist Masih Alinejad, a U.S. citizen who lives in New York and has been critical of the Iranian government. Authorities said four people -- including an Iranian intelligence officer -- have been charged in connection with a plan to forcibly take Alinejad and others to Iran.
