Even with Draymond around, the plays are a split-second late in getting the ball back into Steph’s hands. This creates an off-rhythm shots for Steph. Enter Klay into the mix, this will be another adjustment for the other teammates not named Draymond. You’ll notice that more often that Steph and Klay won’t get the ball back once they re-positioned. When they get it though, it is a little late.

this play was Head tap 2 where Gary was supposed to screen for Curry before heading to the corner, Curry drive, Curry kickout pass to Garry, Garry shots 3 if open or passes to weak side where the ball could have Poole, Wiggins if he was in, or Porter...
But Gary shanked it by driving in instead of going to the corner, forcing Curry into a 1v3 situation in the paint

GP2 needs a jump shot. I'm not even sure he should have drove in it just trailed his man for the trap. It's like if he stayed slightly back he could have fully read he was going for a drive and took the jumper.

Steph was frustrated (mildly) because GP2 didn’t read the defense and automatically set the screen. GSW is all about the system and everyone playing their part. All good though; happy for GP2’s progress overall!
