How to update a Multi Valued Field in MS Access - Office 365

When you use and update query to update a table that contains multi valued fields, you can change a single value in a multi valued field to another value. How you can update the values depends on the source of the values in a multi valued field. If the source for the multi valued field values is another table then you need to use the bound value to update the multi valued field values. If you want to prevent updating invalid values which doesn't exist in source table then create a join between the table containing multi valued field and the source table and enforce referential integrity.
