I have a spooky and thriller/mystery feel to it. I am taking part in different readathons like Spoopathon, sweater weather(which is like a week towards the end of October) and Gothtober and maybe others. Some of the books I am going to try and read are The Phantom Heart by Kelly Creach, My Best Friend's Exorcism, The Buffy The Vampire Slayer graphic novel series, The Nature of Witches, Five Night at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes, The Box in the Woods, The Carrow Haunt by Darcy Coates, Good Girl Bad Blood, Magic Lessons by Alice Hoffman, The Hawthorne Legacy (which is the sequel to The Inertance Game and I LOED that book btw. I stayed up late to finish the book because I was like omg I have to find out what happens next) The Box in the Woods, and many many more hopefully lol. I have way too many book I want to read this spooky season

Master of Sorrows might seem like a lot, but I read it basically in one day (more or less) because it's so good. Hope you like it. Have a great reading month!

I liked Inheritance Game, but warning it's really not like Knives Out. Yes there is an Inheritance and a murder mystery, but that's the extent of the similarity. I read a review that gave this warning prior to reading and I feel knowing that saved my reading experience of the book so now I give it to everyone.

I'm almost finished with Master of Sorrows and I think it will be a 5 star read for me. The audiobook is fantastic! I hope you love it!

I have the Inheritance Games in my collection but not read it yet. Looking forward to it just need to find the time to pick it up.

I really hope you like A Vow So Bold and Deadly also not sure if you know but there's a series that's based in this world coming out next year but following one of the smaller characters.

Still really need to read era 2 of Mistborn but want to re-read era 1 to just remind myself of everything in the world and the magic system etc.

If you want to read a book which is like Knives out movie, I can recommend you to read Crooked house by Agatha Christie. I think Crooked house is great autumn read.

I’m taking part in four readathons two is months long, one that is a week and a 48 hour one a few of the books I’m reading are Harley Quinn Volume 1, Black Panther Volume 1&2, Bunny, Loki and a few slasher books.

Oh, Jennifer Lynn Barnes is one of my most favourite authors, so I hope you enjoy The Inheritance Games! And if you do, her series The Fixer, and The Naturals, and Debutantes are both great mysteries, as well as the stand alone The Lovely and the Lost :) Yeah, I love all of her books :)
