The tragedy I see is that with less interference than is happening in Libya and Syria now, it still took almost 25 years for Somalia to stabilize and Somalia is not even close to out of the woods yet. Libya in my opinion is in a far far worse trajectory unless the GNA and Turks win. If Haftar and the Russians win its back to autocratic dictatorships again for another 20-30 years. What the Libyans did to Colonel Gaddafi we did to Major General Siad Barre and the outcome was the same. A disaster!!! Both were dictators but to forcefully remove strong men out of the office from weak institutions invites foreign powers and the disintegration of the state.
