I think is time to re organized, we let go great players after winning 2 super bowls and we never fill the gaps made, like polamalu ward keisel etc they lear from older players so the team yes had retires and other left but there was a strong start, our defense is not what it was and without investing and keeping good players coordinator, coaches it cant be done and money talks.

Tomlin has sunk this Franchise. No playoff wins in the last 7 seasons. Only one other Head Coach in the last 35 years has done that and kept his job. That was Marvin Lewis. 3 playoff wins the last 13 seasons. 1 playoff win at home the last 13 seasons. 8-10 Postseason record. Thanks for the memories Coach T., but they were a long time ago. I said in January of 2018 he should be fired. People thought I was crazy. He’s done nothing since.

I'm in favor of the Steelers moving on from Tomlin. 7 years without a playoff win is unacceptable for this franchise.

Tomlin has always been mediocre. He would have been fire long ago anywhere else. But, the Rooneys are handcuffed by their affirmative action initiative so they are stuck with him and so are the fans. We used to compete for championships but now we cheer because Mike is black and we made .500 again?
