How to install TLauncher | Installing TLauncher for Ubuntu 20.04 | Minecraft launcher for Ubuntu

Hello everyone, HighTech Tutorials is back with another video. In this video, I will show you how you can install Tlauncher in linux distros and play minecraft on your PC

First of all, you need to check if you have java installed. You can check by typing java --version into the terminal. If you get a message which says java command not found then enter the following command

sudo apt install openjdk-8-jdk

Go onto the tlaucher offcial website and download tlauncher for linux. Run the .jar file with java and it will launch the tlauncher and you will be able to play minecraft.

for some reason when I try to open the tlauncher folder it says "The file is not marked as executable. If this was downloaded or copied from an untrusted source, it may be dangerous to run." what should I do?

Because this guy didn't give the commands here you go
replace pacman -S with your linux package installer for example ubuntu do sudo apt install jdk-openjdk
sudo pacman -S jdk-openjdk
then type y then enter to install
sudo pacman -S jre-openjre
again Y and enter
then java --version if it says command not found then you didn't install it properly
