#74 The Reality of Working as a Full-Time Content Creator

Everyone should get to experience self-employment at least once and get to do work we love - it's so satisfying and joyful. It changes the whole perspective of life. But I know that not everyone would be able do to that. Life isn't all about diamonds and roses.
So despite all the struggles and hardship I'm truly grateful for where I am now.

For me this is still a work in progress. Most of the time, we’ll probably feel slightly off center.
That’s more than okay.
Be kind to ourselves.
Admit when we’re having a hard time, and celebrate when we’ve had a breakthrough.
Share, lift, and shed light on the work of others we admire.
Protect our time and our vision.
Be grateful.

Love how you talk about being in tune with your feelings. It really hit me. I work so hard to be happy, but when I should be happy, I’m scared of losing it, so I’m never in the moment. Definitely a good reminder to be happy when you’re happy. It will not last forever, but it will come back, so enjoy its company while you can. You can never get that moment back.

As a small creator myself, I clearly see how I respond to beauty... to the soft sounds of nature... but with that being what I think is a gift we all have, I struggle the most with not falling into the trap of finding inspiring only what's perfect to my eyes...
It's a hard balance between the world we dream of and what's around us.

I agree with you. Nowadays everyone is a content creator but what I love about your channel is that you truly live like this. Close to nature, being very artistic, natural, rarely any plastic and close to zero waste. Your clothes are natural with organic colors. And even though you're not a minimalist you take care of your things with love. Also, you find old or used things instead of buying new one.
