SMRT EWL SIE C651 219/220 at Tampines

The Siemens C651 is the 2nd MRT train in Singapore. And it was the only train that still has its old livery.

The train was built for the North South Line extension and the merge of the Branch Line.

Now these trains are now rare in NSL but a but common in EWL.

In 2016, the C651 began it's refurbishment. However that project was terminated in 2018 and it was later then being replaced by the Bombardier CR151 trains.
