Try this custom tactic:
4231 balanced 35 width 100 depth
Balanced and direct passing 50 width 5 players in the box
Instructions: ST stay forward & conservative interception
RAM-CAM-LAM just default
2CDMs cut passing lanes & cover center
RB join the attack & overlap
LB default
Important: In game (D-pad) turn on hug side lines & strikers drop back

I think you need to find what works for you in terms of tactics settings but the formations that everyone plays are the same... 442 or 4222 as the more defensive... 4231 or 4411 as the more offensive... the only one that's different is the 4321. It already depends on the players you use and have... for example i packed hagi GOAT version and now I'm running 4222 or 4231 if need be... on the rare occasion i goto 4321 in game. My last point is exactly that... you need to adapt and change based on your opponents and have all 5 formations set up for various circumstances. It's the end of the game so at this point just use the players you like in FUT or chill in regular online seasons where everyone has even teams and it's less meta and sweaty. C U IN FC25

44 depth? I am just an average player, i put 100 depth and i play way better. I think a lot od people is using it, 44 is maybe good for a pro, but even some pros are using 100.
