Honestly u shoulda just handcuffed the shopping cart to the back of the car so they don't see it right away and let them drive away with it..lul

I was annoyed at the guy for taking up two parking spots but when he threw his plastic cup on the ground and littered I realized what a true scrub he is.

What a great thing. I like handcuffs and i hate those parking freaks too. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw the reaction of that guys when he realise what has happend! Please come to Germany and do those things too. We need more of u!!!
