i do think there's a proper way to actually layer the bugs bunny animation behind the shield cause most of your "family entertainment" proposals just have said bugs animation awkwardly slapped in front of the logo.

you could either destructively edit the remains that are overlapping the shield so it looks like he's behind the shield and not clipping through it, or have the logo motion on a separate green screen so you could easily layer it differently, but that's only if you had the blend files supplied already (or what you call "logo models")

I don't even like the Warner Bros. Discovery logo in place of the current 2019 logo used for the main Warner Bros. brand; you didn't have to mention me for this one.
