In 2018 I was close to 400 pounds and a heavy beer drinker. Today I've been alcohol free just over one year and I weighed 198 pounds this morning. One good choice leads to another. Over time good choices stack up and change is made. I got tons of respect for what you share with the world. It really is special ✊
