Two red flags in these tips:

-avoid women who have gay male friends. I once dated a lady whose best friend was a very obvious very gay man. She would occasionally bring him along to our dates. He would treat me coldly because I think he was jealous that I was taking her away from him (I also suspected there was an unspoken sexual jealousy where he wanted to get with her). They would say “hey bitch” or “what’s up skank” when addressing each other. They would talk about makeup and hair and handbags constantly. They just had a toxic annoying codependent relationship. Gay male friends = run fast in the opposite direction.

-a woman who introduces you to friends and family too soon is love bombing. I would wonder if she does that for all the other guys. This also may show that she will allow the opinions of friends and family to have undue influence on the relationship. Also it is known that many single women will try to passively ruin the relationships of their not single friends because misery loves company (i.e., I didn’t like your guy because he wore white after Labor Day, he’s poor because he paid for dinner using a Discover card instead of AMEX Black, etc.).

EDIT: if a guy had a very platonic lesbian friend and he acted with her like she acts with her gay friend (i.e., inviting the lesbian on their dates, confiding very personal details of their relationship to her, letting her have influence on the relationship, talking about auto racing and changing oil with her, etc.), that would be totally unacceptable to the woman. Yet women think they should get a free pass on inappropriately letting their gay friend into the relationship. Accountability is only for men, never for women.
