i am sorry for the workers claim. but this more a disability claim. sorry to say either or both will be a 2 year process if hes lucky.
so i say he will get it if he makes it 2 or more years to fight it, i mean to do the run around of these programs. the sad part of this he is likely to lose eveyting he worked for his whole life waiting on it, just because as a young man he got a job. and those who have never work get free rent free food free medical free phone free internet free gas and electric free car maintance free free day care.
the worse part is when he makes it through the long process medicade will take it all back.
its just the system thats out there. its best not to do nothing or have nothing anymore. then it will all be giving to you.
