I so laughed so hard at your cobble street antics to test the wheels! Someone already mentioned the travel vests with pockets, but there are more options which are not as obvious "travel". As a seamstress, I sometimes add inside pockets to purchased jackets/coats just to have my wallet on me when traveling. Great video, thanks!

I love the pocket idea as it is inconvenient to open the bag once on the flight. You should should also add in a street test with the luggage fully packed, that extra weight will affect the wheel performance. I definitely need this bag though.

I love the pocket idea! I think it's a good idea to mention their expandable piece that is NOT personal item dimensions when expanded.

I have my takeoff luggage in silver. I also still use a small crossbody bag, I always wear a jacket on the plane so I've had no problems with that. I put my luggage in the overhead bin when I travel never under my seat and have not had a problem. I always board in zone 2, I guess it's because of my global entry..not sure. This is pure genius!

*_Brilliant find!_* Carry-on bags are antivenom for all those displaced checkthru bags at airports over the holiday chaos.

This takes that one more step for short trips on airlines that charge for anything over personal item size. Common practice in Europe, still needs more attention in the states.

I like the idea of the cobblestone test, but maybe next time weigh it down by about 25 pounds or so. I'd be interested how a full bag stands up to uneven walking surfaces.
