The thing is 13 was just on an adventure where she encountered Kate, regenerated in 14, and the Doctor literally has had three adventures nonstop since, not even sleeping as he's been with Donna the whole time, neither of them having changed their clothes, and met Kate again. So it's literally been what, a few days maybe since he's seen Kate? If that?

I love her, I thought River was the one who has appeared with various Doctors on screen, but Kate have seen the face of Eleventh, Twelfth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth and Fifteenth. Still, her dad met Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh, he holds the record!!

Fun Fact that I just found out. Do you see the girl on the far left at the start of the clip by the Helicopter door? That is Megan Shirley, known in Doctor Who FanFilm circles being part of Dynamic Works 2012 (DW2012). She plays companion Megan Williams alongside Doctors played by Luke Newman and Dominic G Martin (aka WhoChaser). She got to play a extra in The Giggle which is cool.
