Torchous - Straight Story (2004)

Straight Story is the second music video I made in my life. I remember that I borrowed a camera from art school (I believe it was a canon xl1, which everyone referred to as the porn cam because of the handle on top). We shot in Berlin at the Müggelberge. The guy in the video is Pierre who played guitar in Torchous and his younger himself is Max who is the brother of a friend who we thought looked a bit like young Pierre. Pierre and I went to school together, Max came recommended. They both never acted and I sure didn´t know how to guide them, but the shoot was great and I think they did a really good job.
Unfortunately the mini DV material ages really badly, but I am glad that I have this version of the video left.
