Three Dog Night - Black & White - LIVE (1972)

Three Dog Night is an American rock band. They formed in 1967 with a line-up consisting of vocalists Danny Hutton, Cory Wells, and Chuck Negron. This lineup was soon augmented by Jimmy Greenspoon (keyboards), Joe Schermie (bass), Michael Allsup (guitar), and Floyd Sneed (drums). The band registered 21 Billboard Top 40 hits (with three hitting number one) between 1969 and 1975. Because Three Dog Night recorded many songs written by outside songwriters, they helped introduce mainstream audiences to writers such as Paul Williams ("An Old Fashioned Love Song") and Hoyt Axton ("Joy to the World").

I have fantastic memories of being on a summer caravanning holiday in Amroth, Wales, with my Parents, Granny, and 2 younger sisters. I was 9yo at the time, and I remember listening to Dad in the shower block right next to the 'van, singing this at the top of his voice every morning. For a fortnight. Happy, happy days...💖😊

I should have been born before 1963, I love Three Dog Night, Marmalade, Badfinger, The Tremeloes, The Casuals, Chicory Tip and so on, I was too young when these bands were popular to ever see them in concert or to appreciate their music so I consider myself a late bloomer. I love watching Three Dog Night videos, they are all so animated and I have a little crush on Michael Allsup ❤
