New Orleans Weather: Winter makes a big return today!

Much colder air is surging in to make for a raw and blustery Sunday. It'll be a mainly dry day, although a few early morning sprinkles are possible as the strong system pulls away from us.

Far north toward southwest Mississippi, a brief snow flurry looks plausible early Sunday morning, but don't get too excited - it would be very isolated. No accumulation is expected.
