REMEMBER! Just like growing carrots from carrot tops you'll get a seed head instead of a bundle of fresh celery. However you can absolutely eat the stalks as they emerge. However you should leave a majority to collect seeds to grow your own

If you allow her to just simply grow it will go to seed. That by annual plant will give you thousands of seeds if you're lucky you'll also be 5 ft tall

I started an entire garden this way... folks shop, prepare the dinner then throw the blessing(root) in the garbage... it's works the same for Any fresh vegetable you purchase of the shelf. Now that the cats outta the bag, better get those vegetables before they dissappear from the shelves...
