Reducing the weight on a drive pulley using trochoidal milling path. Did both sides, reducing the weight by 60%. 5000 rpm, 30 ipm, 0.002" ipt, 3 flute 0.375" coated endmill, 0.87" depth of cut (2.3xDiameter). Using Trico MD-1200 micro-drop mister with MD-7 synthetic lubricant.
