Major winter storm brings snow, ice and bitter cold

A major winter storm is pummeling Minnesota with snow and high winds. The Twin Cities metro area could be buried under nearly 20 inches of snow by the time the storm moves out Thursday. Christina Ruffini has the latest.

So it is still winter, what's the problem? It was 80 degree in Raleigh today, no one is talking about that. Raleigh weather is more unusual than what is happening in North Dakota or Wisconsin. I wonder if it is cold and snowy in Canada?
