Floch is basically the “Facts Dont Care About Your Feelings.” Character and I actually don’t mind that. We need someone who’s always realistic, sure he may come off as a dick but he’s a greatly written character.

Eren and Mikasa were selfish but the extent flotch insulted Armin was uncalled for since he didn't even ask to be revived and had nothing to do with it both Erwin and Armin sacrificed themselves and the choice was up to Levi so he can't put the blame on Armin.

Floch does have a point but why I hate him is that he wanted Erwin back for the wrong reason...he wanted Erwin to keep suffering...

As much I love Armin, even in that moment, I still instantly went with Erwin. Really pissed me off how emotional and selfish they got. Floch spoke for me in this scene to a T. So satisfying

Some people find Floch annoying, but I really like him and find him interesting. Every time he speaks his opinion on something, no matter how harsh it is, I’ll always find myself agreeing with him deep down.

Mikasa and Eren wanted to save Armin partially because they love him but also because he was a great strategist as well who'd proven his mind several times in the past.

Levi was initially going to save Erwin regardless to their pleas, but Erwin smacked it out of the way, suggesting he didn't want it/didn't want it over Armin (or it was just a hallucination or reflex of sorts). Even Erwin trusted Armin's young mind so if it was a choice on his part, it would make sense.

Floch said something along the lines of wanting to save the commander as a form of punishment because he was still angry Erwin led him and the other soldiers to their deaths. Meaning Floch's choice was also driven by his emotions. Most people dont mention this because it just so happens to fall in line with the logical decision, but the point here is that he's getting on them for thinking with their emotions when he did the same thing.

Hange was really the only person out there who didn't seem to choose based on how she felt about either of them. Armin is not at fault for anything here.

Also, people keep saying Floch lost 100 of his squad or whatever, which is true and it was still fresh when he chose to "save Erwin". And another thing, Eren lost Levi squad. They died to protect him yet i hardly hear anybody use that as an excuse for Eren to be...Eren lol. All the scouts have been through shit. Yet Floch is mentioned like his is a special case in these comments. Yall are biased 😅.
