Urbanization of rural India is crucial and so is the population control bill. 42% of the country's population is still in the agriculture sector where the farmers only earn penny change and the landlords and the government makes the big buck. Building industries in rural parts with good leadership and training people to be a skilled and efficient work force should be encouraged. The country's nominal GDP growth at a rapid pace is inevitable but when a huge chunk of the population are still unemployed, capitalism will turn into a curse. Corruption, communal violence and religious disputes will only add to the curse. Industrialization through socialism will surely increase GDP per capita. Except for GST, all other direct and indirect taxes should be abolished. Atmanirbhar Bharat is a good initiative to increase employement opportunities but only by engaging a bigger part of the population in industrial sectors other than agriculture through education and human resources is very important if we want to be a devoloped country.
