As someone who has dealt with the demons of depression and cognitive dissonance for most of my life, this song rings so true. It is amazingly difficult to retrain your brain to "talk to yourself like a friend". We are often the hardest on ourselves and need to treat ourselves with the kindness and forgiveness we typically reserve for others. I hope that you have overcome whatever darkness made writing this song possible and it is great to hear new music from you.

A completely different style of what Miia has ever showed the world before. Great video with such a unique message and obviously the track itself is very inspirational too.
