Great system. I would love to be able to see this one day.
I have 3 X 4000 JTR subs myself, full JTR system. Place 2 of the subs up front and one in back. The envelopment is quite nice.
I am frustrated with the RMC-1 not using the full subs in the different sound modes. Want to really enjoy the subs, but my system seems to be fighting me.
Question: I have acoustic ceiling. When I hit hard, it "snows" and the tiles tend to slightly flake. They are white tiles that are painting black.
You mentioned having acoustic tiles. Is there a better way to re-do the ceiling that controls the sound, but looks better? Do you have any plans for an upgrade later of the ceiling?

To me a system like this isn't about playing at insane SPL, it's about playing at normal listening levels with absolutely zero strain. This system will be barely idling at more, "normal" listening levels, it must sound amazing!

Then again, if you are watching a movie and there is a scene where the whole building explodes... if you are not sitting in a pile of rubble afterwards, it wasn't very realistic was it🙂

Suprised u didnt diy your subs coming from car audio installs. I guess jtr is the one company thats hard to beat cost wise vs diy. I did the math and those jtrs are really worth the price imo. You could still beat it with a bunch of si24 hts subs but the price wouldnt be much different imo.
