You guys actually said the keywords to make this even more interesting and entertaining: Drive. Run the discussions during a longer drive!

The list in no particular order IMO should be : z32 300zx twin turbo cuz it's like a Supra mk4 but with more technology and a classier interior trim (suede/leather) and why wouldn't you want aws.. r32 gtr because you NEED to experience a gtr at some point and probably a NSX or RX7 for that ultimate drivers car in the collection!

I bought a 2nd gen MR2 this month (1991, no turbo but 3sge engine because europe) The suspension, drivetrain, engine and interior are in great condition. It was very cheap as it does have a lot of body rust because of neglect.. I saved it from being sold for parts. This next month I will be fixing and pretty much restoring the body.
This has always been one of my dream cars, and in a while I can finally drive one.

Old content is still good content. I for one am glad that you only mentioned the Celica in passing. The NSX is of course near God-tier lustworthy, but beyond reasonable reach. The love shown for the Skyline, Supra, RX-7, MR-2, and S2000 was of some help to me in affording my 1992 JDM Celica GT-Four last year. Properly molested is a legit term, in my mind, especially now that these are up to 30 year old platforms with limited parts availability and replacement parts that are genuinely better than OEM.

300ZX TT should have at least been mentioned

I own a 1991 mr2 turbo that I lightly modified for autocross. I recommend this car if you want to learn how to drive fast and your not afraid to make mistakes and end up going backwards. You can safely drive it at 75% all day long but once you start to push it beyond that it will bite you if you make a mistake. If you can lean to drive a mr2 turbo fast and safe you can drive almost any street car fast. I really like the challenge and beating much newer nicer cars at the autocross track. Plus it was way less expensive to buy than any of the other cars they talked about (except for a Miata but I don't want to drive one) and easy to modify.

I think Celica should have been at the very least mentioned. 90's Celica to be more specific, obviously. I have one of those and I am in love with it. It's my first car and I'm planning on it being my last one as well.

I learned to drive on a 1st gen bronco with a 302 and 3 speed on the column. I so regret selling that bronco to purchase my 68 chevy pick up which became my first daily driver. Its nice to see even in sports car show the 1st gen Bronco is appreciated.
