Exactly correct. Those who disrupted the parliament session should refund their salary & other allowances which were liberally paid to MPs. Let us take a list of the most responsible fellows who stalled the then parliament in 2013 & created history. I strongly endorse this move.

Folks democracy has proved how it stands on weak legs due to our faulty systeme. Compare this with how China Implement their legislation singularly. Our Binary Parliamentary system would be much more meaningful and people & Nation oriented if Supreme Court has Permanent seats in parliament as observer / advisor as well as regulatory force in case Parliament function is willfully disrupted. Courts can not be mute spectator when democracy is willfully misused to let some foreign forces get obvious advantage to bully democratic country. Speaker seems to have limited punitive measures. But when the Parliament members behave like anarchists then the respective party presidents must be involved to reply to Judiciary parmanant seat in Parliament.
Do you like my proposal? Wouldn't this be accepted by Judiciary who allowed Public Interest Litigation? Finally people's as well as National interest must be upheld.

The public doesn't care if the Govt is snooking into the phones of politicians. We want bills to be passed by the elected Govt. If Sushmaji & Jaitley ji said something then and you follow it blindly then does it mean Parliament will not run from now onwards??? Then time the public elects an Opposition less Govt in 2024.
