What happens when 99 OVR outfield players go head-to-head with 1 OVR tiny goalkeepers in a penalty shootout?

There will be two penalty shootouts taking place here in the Champions League final, where in the first shootout the goals will be regular sized, then in the second penalty shootout the goals will be absolutely massive!
