83-'84 was my senior year in high school! The Summer of 1984 was probably the best Summer of my life. Lot of great music from that time. I sure do miss those days.

It's no doubt the 80s were a special time. I was 8yrs old in 1984, still remember watching all the music videos and buying the albums. Love my childhood soundtrack.

I was in my 20s the entire 80’s decade, this music made it so much cool fun! The MTV music video years that defined our culture and was the soundtrack of our lives! List like others young people in any other decade I will forever cherish those times and feel grateful to have been there in the 80’s to have experienced it! Cool, classy, and fun times!

I was 17 in 1984, and would give just about anything to go back, and not just for the youthfulness itself. The world was big enough and still mysterious enough that exploration felt like "something." Technology was useful without being overbearing or intrusive. A person could work hard to find/earn a place in the world, build a life, and could live/learn and make mistakes without those mistakes being instantly recorded for all of eternity or be crucified for them for the rest of one's life. So fortunate to have grown up during that era, and sad to see the direction that things seem to have taken since then. 80's forever, my friends. 80's forever.

The 80s music sounds more evolved than decades later.
It´s incredible how in the 2021 we still listening music from a time where the musicians made dance music something artistic.
I hope we can take back that times.
