This report is great, I remember Suba diving Spirit Lake back in the 1970's before the eruption and seeing giant suspended forest in the lake and wondering how they got there, now we know. I regret that the public is not allowed access to Spirit Lake today to be able to witness these things first hand. But, I am glad to see someone getting to and sharing it with all of us, great job and look forward to see more on the floating logs of Spirit Lake.

The Spirit lake incident really disproves the common secular theories about the grand canyon as well. The mudslides that occurred after the eruption created an almost identical replica of the grand canyon including strata layers and solid rock...all in just a few years basically.
