These videos are great! I got my new M-B during the pandemic so the sales team weren't allowed to show me how the car worked. The handbook - over 500 pages in tiny print - gives me a headache, so it's brilliant to see the lovely Nick actually showing me all these things that I didn't know my car could do! Very helpful tips. People can simply call on the "Hey Mercedes" function to demist the windscreen. After a gym session in the evening, when it is sometimes cool, my heavy breathing fogs up the windscreen and I simply instruct "Hey Mercedes" to demist.

We have had BMW’s from Peter Vardy for 18yrs. There was always so much time spent with us going over new features. Since our 1st Merc from Stratstone, it was paperwork, the basics & next customer. My mindset was to go back to BMW, but I practically have a new Mercedes with all the features I find out from your films.
