They break up Peter and MJ and push the Peter/Black Cat relationship, to then break em up after 31 issues cause they don't know what to do with it, whilst writing both characters mutually agrer to move on. Then they have Peter hook up with a nurse at ravencroft but wait, actually let’s have him get back with Felicia...

Yes, we at Marvel would rather kill off Peter Parker over and over again in a story focusing on DOOM rather than giving fans what they want by undoing One More Day or at least allowing the wall crawler to be happy. Making dumb decisions is fun! Do yourself a favor folks; keep buying the new Ultimate Spider-Man books!
